Great article. Glad to see more people knowing what they are worth and respecting that.

I run into a lot of clients in the dev space that are so used to freelancers dropping their prices and taking jobs that are really too small for them they are always completely shocked when I mention having a minimum project fee. They then have trouble understanding when I referred them to other freelancers with a cheaper rate why I couldn't do the same thing.

If only more of us charged our worth and didn't lower our prices just to get a job, the easier it would be for everyone to get matched to the right clients.
