I love these requests, especially when they bring nothing else to the table besides the idea.

If these ideas were actually good, all the people they are trying to get to work on it for free could just run with it and build it on their own. Never once have I seen these people have the skills to back up wanting to work with them on their idea even if I was being paid for it.
