Love the idea of asking questions like this. I never really thought of phrasing things this way.

I can see how asking this and similar questions could let us see what people really want to do and focus on that they may not reveal normally. I imagine it opens them up to talking about things they really want but normally would bring up as they think it is impossible with current resources and priorities.
